Seth'sexpertise lies in areas such as raising capital, M&A, cost structure improvement, operational integration, ERP implementation, internal controls, and ESOP formation. Seth has worked in industries such as software/SaaS, eCommerce, data/analytics, clean energy, real estate, supply chain, and manufacturing. Seth has also been a member of the board of directors and COO for MyMelo. As the CFO and exclusive M&A advisor for Genesis Connected Solutions, they were responsible for improving financial accountability, internal controls, and shareholder value across multiple locations and associates. Seth has held high-level positions, including SVP and Head of Corporate Development and CFO, at iSoftStone Holdings and UBS, respectively. Seth has experience in investment banking, particularly in the technology and IT/business services sectors. Seth began their career as an associate in investment banking at J.P. Morgan, specializing in technology, media, and telecom.
Seth Pinegar completed their education at the University of Washington in 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Prior to that, they attended Roosevelt High School and completed their studies in 1994.
