Kenneth Rotkoff

Kenneth Rotkoff has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Kenneth started their career in the US Army in 1986 and served as an enlisted soldier and later as an officer until 1999. Following their military service, Kenneth worked as a self-employed music business owner from 1999 to 2004, producing original albums and performing live. In 2004, they transitioned to a technology role as the Chief Technology Officer at CherryRoad Technologies. Kenneth then joined Pragmatics, Inc. in 2005 as a National Defense SATCOM Systems Analyst, where they stayed until 2008. Kenneth then worked as an IT Strategist at Binary Group, Inc. from 2008 to 2009. Their most recent position was as a Senior Source Analyst at MYMIC LLC from 2009 until the present, where they served as the NR-KPP Task lead for the Joint Staff at The Pentagon. In this role, they were responsible for conducting assessments, providing expertise in DODAF Architecture analysis and NR-KPP assessments, and training other assessors.

Kenneth Rotkoff completed their education history with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Literature from the United States Military Academy at West Point, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus in Project Management from Walden University, attending from 2008 to 2010.
