Jan Pavlica

Jan Pavlica is an experienced technology leader with a background in software development and team management. Since April 2016, Jan has served as Develop Team Leader at MyMight, focusing on product ownership and management of the MyMight IoT Platform, while leading teams using the SCRUM methodology. Prior to this role, Jan worked as an iOS Developer, contributing to the development and CI/CD processes for a mobile application designed for smart home control. From December 2006 to March 2016, Jan was employed at GORDIC, initially developing a mobile application for electronic signing within the GINIS information system and later working as a Full Stack Developer on internal and public portals for the Ministry of Defense of the Czech Republic and the Central Bohemian Region. Jan holds a Bachelor's degree in Informatics and Computer Engineering from VSB - Technical University of Ostrava, earned between 2003 and 2006.
