Craig Berger is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the food and beverage industry. As President and CEO of The Mochi Ice Cream Company since March 2016, Craig successfully orchestrated the sale of the company to Lakeview Capital in January 2020, achieving a gross MOIC of 8 and earning recognition for the small deal of the year. Craig has served on the Board of Directors for Oggi Gluten Free Foods and held pivotal CFO roles at Fuji Food Products Inc. and Activate Drinks, where the latter was primarily owned by Tata Global Beverages and Tornante Company before its sale to Unique Beverages. Previous experience includes significant financial leadership positions at McCormick and Ernst & Young, equipped with academic credentials including an MBA and MS in Finance from The Johns Hopkins University and a BS in Accounting from the University of Maryland.
