Archana Ramanathan

Archana Ramanathan's work experience includes working as an Associate Vice President - Sales & Distribution at mymoneykarma since July 2022. Previously, they were an Area Business Head at L&T Financial Services from September 2017 to January 2020. Before that, they worked as an Area Business Manager - Affordable Housing Finance at Capital First Limited from March 2016 to August 2017. Archana also worked as a Manager - Mortgages & Builder Relations at Tata Capital from June 2010 to October 2015.

Archana Ramanathan completed their primary and secondary education at Naval Public School from 1992 to 2007, with a focus on Commerce. Archana then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Banking & Insurance from Mulund College Of Commerce from 2007 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Archana also obtained various certifications to enhance their professional skills. Archana obtained a Professional Program in Financial Services from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research-PGPGM in June 2010. Archana also completed an Advanced Certificate Diploma in Materials Management from Welingkar Institute of Management in September 2009. Furthermore, Archana obtained a GNIIT in Business Systems & Information Management from NIIT Limited in March 2010. Recently, in May 2020, they acquired a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from Lean Strategies International LLC.
