Katarina Zell

Katarina Zell is an experienced Executive Coach and Psychological Safety Expert, currently leading Zell Coaching - Fearless Leadership since April 2020, where the focus is on developing high performing teams through self-leadership and team development. In addition, Katarina serves as a Senior Coach at FUTUREMIND.se and is a Board Member at MyMOWO, a digital wellness platform. Prior to this, Katarina held various leadership roles at Les Mills Nordic AB from 2004 to 2020, including CEO and Acting Sales Director, where significant contributions were made to data-driven business solutions and education in the fitness industry. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Mathematics and History from Uppsala University, ICC Coaching qualifications, and certification as a Fearless Organization Practitioner in Organizational Leadership.
