Codi Knobl

Codi Knobl, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Property Accounting at Mynd since September 2023. Prior to this role, Codi held the position of Controller at TerraCap Management, LLC from February 2023 to September 2023. Previous experience includes roles such as Accounting Manager at both Pacaso and Greystar, and Senior Accountant at Greystar. Codi began the professional career as a Staff Accountant at Lennar and later at Power Design, Inc., after serving as a Full Charge Staff Accountant with Formation Capital. Earlier experiences include working as an AP Specialist at Cunningham Lindsey. Codi holds a Master of Accountancy in Accounting from Georgia College & State University (2010-2011) and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the same institution (2007-2011).
