Currently serving as the Head of Information Technology at Roofstock and the Head of Information Security at Mynd, Tracee has previously held significant roles including Head of Information Security & Compliance at Genoa Healthcare and Director of Risk Governance at Optum. With a strong background in managing security assessments and compliance frameworks such as HITRUST and PCI, Tracee has a proven track record in supporting enterprise-level security initiatives and guiding organizations through complex acquisition processes. Tracee's career also includes key positions at UnitedHealth Group and Target, focusing on cybersecurity program management and IT processes. Tracee holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Communications from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from Bethel University.
