Avner Halperin

Avner Halperin is a prominent leader in the intersection of health technology and academia, currently serving as CEO of Sheba Impact and Head of ARC Global at Sheba Tel HaShomer City of Health since 2020. In addition, Avner holds the position of Senior Fellow at Harvard University, focusing on policy research related to Middle East technology and health ecosystems, along with publishing reports on technology ecosystem development. As Chairman of EyeControl and a board member at Myndlift, Avner contributes to innovative health solutions, while previously holding significant roles at EarlySense, including Co-Founder and CEO, which focused on contact-free patient monitoring. Avner also enriches the academic field as an Adjunct Professor at Tel Aviv University, instructing on topics surrounding AI and big data economics, and has an extensive teaching background at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
