Stuart Linhares Junior

Director of Customer Care at Myndlift

Stuart Linhares has a diverse work experience starting in 2015 when they worked as an intern at IBM. Stuart then joined Myndlift in 2018 as a Customer Care Manager, where they excelled in managing the Myndlift Care Team and creating and managing the customer service department. In 2020, Stuart took on the role of Director of Customer Care at Myndlift, where they continue to provide exceptional support and foster positive changes within the startup environment. Prior to Myndlift, Stuart worked as a Technical Support Analyst at IBM, where they gained valuable experience in working with partners and customers in Latin America and was recognized for their commitment and technical development with an IBM Manager's Choice Award in 2016.

Stuart Linhares completed their High School education from 2009 to 2011 at Escola Técnica Estadual Aristóteles Ferreira. Afterward, from 2012 to 2016, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in System Analysis and Development at Faculdade de Tecnologia da Baixada Santista Rubens Lara (FATEC). Stuart also holds additional certifications in Client Success and Support: Professional from IBM, which they obtained in November 2017, and in Web Design from Microcamp, which they obtained in September 2009.
