Guy DeMascole possesses extensive experience in customer service and management within various industries. Currently, Guy serves as the Director of Customer Care Center & Credit at Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattresses, leading multiple roles including Store Manager and Showroom Manager since February 2018. Prior to this, Guy worked at The Hanover Insurance Group from February 2012 to February 2018 in various positions such as Training Consultant and Claims Adjuster, gaining expertise in claims and commercial rating. Early career experience includes significant roles at Wegmans Food Markets, where Guy managed grocery departments and organized store-wide events. Educationally, Guy holds a dual Bachelor’s degree in Business Management & Leadership and Marketing, along with a minor in Human Resource Management from Le Moyne College. Additionally, Guy is licensed in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut.
