Chris Porter

Chris Porter is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Landsea Homes since November 2021, Chris previously founded and led Cubed One Advisors, LLC as Managing Member. A significant tenure at Silverstone Healthcare Company, LLC as President and CFO lasted from November 2013 to March 2021. Prior roles include Vice President and Treasurer at DynCorp International, Managing Director at Crescent Real Estate, and multiple senior finance positions at Associates First Capital. Chris holds an MBA in Finance from the University of North Texas and a BA in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
