Hadar Maissi

Hadar Maissi currently serves as the VP of HR at MyndYou, bringing extensive experience in human resources leadership within various sectors, including technology and real estate. Previously, Hadar held the position of VP of Human Resources at LocalizeOS, a B2B2C SaaS-based company, and directed HR operations across EMEA & APAC for Datorama during a period of significant growth. Early career milestones include HR leadership roles at Sizmek by Amazon, where focus was placed on fostering a people-centric culture and managing transformational changes, as well as at 3i-MIND, leading HR strategies during rapid employee growth. An initial role as a Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist at Sizmek highlighted capabilities in global recruitment and onboarding processes. Hadar holds a B.A. in International Relations & Sociology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an M.A. in Organizational Development from The College of Management Academic Studies.
