Mattias Nygren

Mattias Nygren has extensive finance and operations experience spanning over two decades. Mattias currently serves as CFO at Mynewsdesk since 2022. Prior to this, they held the CFO position at Paynova from 2018 to 2022. Additionally, they served as the COO at Paynova from 2016 to 2018. Mattias also has experience as a Board Member and COO at PerformancePotential AB from 2012 to 2018. Before that, they worked as a Finance Manager at Hudson from 2009 to 2012. Mattias possesses a diverse background with roles as Manager AP, Business Claims & Rebates, and Nordic Business Controller at IngramMicro from 2006 to 2009. Mattias worked as a Nordic Business Analyst at Goodyear Dunlop from 2005 to 2006 and as a Business Controller at Kraft Foods Group from 2001 to 2005. Mattias started their career as a Consultant at Andersen from 2000 to 2001 and as a Financial Controller at SEB, Merchant Banking from 1997 to 2000.

Mattias Nygren attended BI Norwegian Business School from 1992 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Management degree with a focus on Management and Economics. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of South Florida, from 1995 to 1997, obtaining an MBA degree with a specialization in Finance.
