Jay Belardo

Jay Belardo is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in information security and technology operations. Currently serving as the Head of Technology and Operations GRC at GCash since August 2024, Jay has held prominent roles including Chief Information Security Officer at GOtyme and AXA Philippines, as well as Head of Information Security Offices at multiple banking institutions such as Philippine Bank of Communications and Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation. Jay's career began in security administration and mainframe operations at Unionbank of the Philippines, following an early role in marketing. Holding a Master of Business Administration from De La Salle University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Management from Colegio De San Juan De Letran, Jay combines strong academic credentials with practical leadership in cybersecurity.
