Rachelle Anne Dajao

Rachelle Anne Dajao serves as the Project Risk Management Lead at GCash since August 2025, building on a robust background in risk and compliance. Prior experience includes leading the Risk and Compliance function at Columbus Capital from June 2019 to July 2025, where Rachelle established regulatory frameworks in collaboration with Australian legal leadership, progressing from junior roles to team lead. Earlier career stages, from March 2016 to June 2019, included roles at Macroasia Airport Services Corporation that provided foundational skills in compliance and operational risk through supportive roles with Philippine Airlines. Rachelle's diverse experiences began with a role as a Cafeteria Attendant and Retail Associate at Xanterra South Rim, L.L.C. during the J-1 Work and Travel Program in 2014, after graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Tourism Management from the University of San Carlos in 2015.
