Baltsar Sahlin has a diverse work experience. Baltsar is the CEO and Co-Founder of Mynt since 2017. Baltsar has also served as a Board Member at Upsales since 2015 and myTaste from 2016 to 2017. Baltsar previously worked at Ericsson as the Head of Growth Program New Areas from 2013 to 2018, where they led a CEO-initiated growth program. Baltsar is the Co-founder and former CEO of an e-commerce company that was acquired by Adlibris in 2013.

Later, from 1999 to 2004, they pursued a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management at Linköping University. During their studies, in the year 2000 to 2002, they also engaged in the field of Economics at the same university. As part of an Erasmus exchange program, Baltsar Sahlin studied Industrial Engineering at the Technical University of Munich from 2001 to 2002.
