Janelle Eldridge

Janelle Eldridge is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management. Currently serving as a Strategic Account Manager and previously in various customer success roles at MYOB since July 2022, Janelle has also held the position of Client Services Manager & Executive Assistant at The Small Business Project since July 2021. Janelle's earlier experience includes roles as a Project Administrator at The Taylor Group and Client Administration Manager at LOQ Group, along with an Administration Manager role at The Taylor Group from 2007 to 2013. Janelle's career began as a Bookkeeper/Optical Dispenser at Stuart Macfarlane Optometrist from 2000 to 2006. Janelle is currently pursuing a Double Diploma in Business Management and Human Resources at OTEN, with studies ongoing since 2013.
