Joel Morrison is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in software development and team management. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Tall Emu CRM, Joel is focused on modernizing software delivery processes and enhancing architectural design. Previously, Joel has held significant roles at MYOB as Engineering Manager for CRM and Migrations, driving cloud transition initiatives, and at PageUp as a Principal Developer, fostering front-end development best practices. Earlier career highlights include leadership roles at BetEasy as Principal Engineer, where strategic planning and innovation were key, and instructional experience as a front-end web development instructor at General Assembly.
