Shoaib Bilal

Shoaib Bilal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service design, business analysis, and leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Ludoz Biscuits since August 2023, Shoaib aims to evoke nostalgia through a food brand focused on family fun. In parallel, Shoaib holds roles at MYOB as a Senior Service Designer and previously as a Senior Business Analyst, where responsibilities included enhancing user-centric experiences and developing identity management solutions. Previous experience encompasses service design roles in startups and organizations, conducting UX research, redesigning workflows, and leading customer discovery exercises.
