Gregory Borchardt is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the technology and electronics sectors. Currently serving as President & CEO of Consolidated Electronic Distributors Corp. since October 2019, Gregory also co-founded Caerus Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm, and is a board member for both Myolex, a leader in muscle health technology, and Grain & Barrel Spirits, which manages a portfolio of innovative spirits brands. With a background that includes leadership roles at Oxygen Audio North America and Adrenaline Technologies, Gregory has a proven track record in driving growth, exemplified by building Adrenaline's product portfolio to over 20 SKUs and achieving $15M+ in annual revenues. An early member of TurboCharge, Gregory significantly contributed to annual sales growth from zero to over $20M in three years. Gregory's career began at RECOTON CORPORATION, where leadership in product management for numerous audio brands supported significant revenue achievement. Educationally, Gregory holds an MBA in Private Equity from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics, Organizational Behavior & Management from Brown University.
