Charley Benns

Charley Benns has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They started their career in 2014 as a Recruitment Consultant for Search Consultancy, specializing in the Office Services Division. In 2016, they worked as a Community Project Office for Monmouthshire Housing Association Limited, providing support and guidance to tenants in finding work or training opportunities. They then transitioned to Macildowie Recruitment Expertise in 2016 as a Recruitment Consultant. In 2018, Charley joined PPL PRS Ltd as a Contract - Internal Recruitment, Engagement, and Communications Officer. They moved on to found and serve as Content Designer for HIRE - Hospitality's Internal Recruitment Exchange from 2019 to 2021. From 2018 to 2021, Charley worked as Group Talent Resourcing Executive for Kew Green Hotels Limited, where they managed social media, wrote blogs and newsletters, and oversaw various internal engagement projects. Currently, Charley is employed as a Psychodynamic Therapist at Leicester Centre for Psychodynamic Counselling since 2023.

Charley Benns completed a Diploma of Education in Psychodynamic Counselling from the Leicester Centre for Psychodynamic Counselling between 2021 and 2023. They also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Dance from De Montfort University from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, Charley has a certification in Domestic Abuse and Violence Awareness from Monmouthshire Housing Ltd.
