Ravi Soni

Ravi Soni has a diverse work experience in the field of IT infrastructure and support. Ravi is currently working at Myonex as the IT Infrastructure Lead and Project Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Telefónica Tech UK&I as an IT Manager for four years. Ravi also has experience as a Desktop Support Engineer on contract at De Montfort University and Leicester City Council. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at asra Housing Group and as a Technical Support Engineer at Jigsaw Transport.

Ravi Soni obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Technology from De Montfort University from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, they have obtained the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2023.
