Sarat Shaji

Sarat Shaji is a seasoned design professional currently serving as a Design Manager at both MyOperator and Heyo Phone since November 2021, where the focus is on enhancing team performance in alignment with Product and Marketing functions. Additionally, Sarat has been a Design Mentor at adplist.org since September 2022, providing guidance to new designers. As the Founder of Culture Cafe Studio since January 2018, Sarat promotes brand visual concepts and offers services in brand identity design. Previous roles include Manager of Design and Online Communications at Latern Group, Design and Creative Head at Luthai India, and Creative Head at RK Exports, with earlier experience as an Associate Designer at Myntra and Designer at Arvind Fashions Limited. Sarat holds a UG degree in Textile Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Chennai, completed in 2010.
