Harlie Hammond

Harlie Hammond is an experienced program and product management professional currently serving as the Director of Program Management at Paradigm since March 2023, where Harlie drives cross-functional alignment across product teams and improves decision-making through transparent status reporting. In addition, Harlie serves as the Director of Product Delivery at Happy Health, effectively managing cross-functional teams and advocating for modern software delivery practices. Previous experience includes senior program management roles at Under Armour and extensive project management positions at multiple companies, including Headspring Systems and Mutual Mobile. Harlie holds a degree in Visual Communications from FIDM, completed between 2006 and 2008.
