Tanya Hanson Phr

Tanya Hanson has a diverse work experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Tanya currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Paradigm, a software company in the construction and building product industries. Prior to this, Tanya held positions such as Sr. Human Resources Business Partner and Manager of Talent Acquisition at Paradigm, Sr. Human Resources Talent & Business Partner, and Human Resources Talent & Business Partner at other organizations. Tanya also worked as a Talent Recruitment & Engagement Consultant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Healthgrades. Tanya started their career as an Executive Recruiter at Creative Financial Staffing (CFS). Throughout their various roles, Tanya has gained expertise in recruitment, assessment, selection, diversity initiatives, and strategic guidance in human capital management.

Tanya Hanson, PHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelors degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Tanya has also obtained a Graduate Certificate in Change Management from UW-Platteville Graduate Programs, which is expected to be completed by 2023.

In addition to their academic accomplishments, Tanya has earned several certifications. Tanya is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), which they obtained in February 2021. Tanya is also a holder of the Professional Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), achieved in October 2017.
