Andrea Chua is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in performance excellence and strategic partnerships within the social services sector. Currently serving as the Director of Performance Excellence at MyPath Careers since June 2022, Andrea previously held the position of Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships at Social Current from August 2021 to June 2022. Prior roles include Director of Network Experience at the Alliance for Strong Families and Communities and various positions at UCAN (Chicago), culminating in the role of Vice President of Quality Improvement.
