Kristy Church has over 15 years of work experience in various human resources and recruitment roles. Kristy is currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at MyPath Careers, a role they have held since April 2021. Kristy began their career as a Recruiter at GMR Marketing LLC in 2006, where they worked until 2013. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Human Resource Assistant at Marsh Electronics, Inc. in 2006 and an HR Assistant at Marsh Electronics, Inc. from 2005 to 2006. Kristy also worked as a Customer Service Representative at Jewel Osco from 2005 to 2006 and as a Bank Teller at Associated Bank from 2004 to 2006.

Kristy Church received their high school diploma from Muskego High School in 2001. From 2001 to 2006, they attended the Lubar College of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management. Additionally, they recently obtained a certification in Building Business Acumen from Acumen Learning in October 2022.
