Boris Nieuwenhuis

Boris Nieuwenhuis is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in technical leadership and software development across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Principal Software Engineer at Mypinpad since December 2023, Boris has previously held senior roles at Navan, including Senior Staff Software Engineer and Senior Engineering Manager. At TripActions, Boris advanced from Engineering Manager to Lead Engineer, following a significant tenure at TravelBird as Head of Development, where responsibilities included overseeing technical operations and scaling the engineering team. With additional positions at Speakap, TMG, Hyves, Kpn Hotspots, Hubhop, and Info.nl, Boris has demonstrated a strong proficiency in software architecture, team leadership, and the implementation of robust engineering practices. Boris holds a Master of Science in Physics from the University of Amsterdam.
