Dean Loxton

Dean Loxton is a product design leader based in London with a background in agency work and a specialization in fintech product design. They have held various roles, including Design Director at ComplyAdvantage and VP Design at myPOS, where they focus on cultivating high-performing teams and enhancing customer-centric design. Previously, Dean worked as a senior digital designer at Coral and Hive and led product design initiatives at Dojo and 1E, among others. With an educational foundation in Psychology, Social Work, and English Literature from Stellenbosch University, Dean is committed to fostering a collaborative design community.
