Dimi Ilieva

Dimi Ilieva has over 16 years of experience in marketing and sales roles. Dimi currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at myPOS since February 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Fantastic Services as the Marketing Director for Bulgaria, UK, and Australia markets from August 2016 to February 2019, and as a Strategic Marketing Manager from March 2014 to August 2016. Dimi also worked as a Marketing and Sales Manager at Business Aspects from August 2012 to March 2014. Before that, they were a part of Havas Worldwide Digital Sofia as a Digital PR from March 2010 to August 2012. Dimi started their career as a Marketing, Sales & EU Funding Projects Expert at MicroAccount from December 2007 to February 2010. Dimi also has experience as a Marketing Trainee at Expansion in 2007 and as a Juniour Researcher at APEA BBSS Gallup International from 2003 to 2006.

Dimi Ilieva completed their Bachelor of Economics (with Distinction) at the University of Economics - Varna from 2002 to 2006. Dimi then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Distinction at IFAG-Sofia / Universite de Nantes in France from 2006 to 2007. In 2018 to 2019, they obtained another Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar".

Additionally, Dimi Ilieva has several certifications. Dimi became Lean Project Management (LeanPM®) Black Belt, Lean Project Management (LeanPM®) Green Belt, Lean Fundamentals Certified, and Lean PM Yellow Belt from the Lean Project Management Foundation in 2022. Dimi completed a 12-month mentorship program with Inspired Women Lead! in 2020 and participated in the Leadership Academy 2018/19 organized by the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria. Dimi Ilieva also received Solution Focused Coach Training from Mentor Coaches Ltd. in 2018. Finally, they hold a Certificate of Membership from the International Coach Federation.
