Kenneth Clow III

Kenneth Clow III, MBA, CIA, CRMA, CCA, CRP, CSOE, serves as the Director of Internal Audit and Chief Audit Executive at MYR Group since April 2016, leading internal audit functions for one of the oldest and largest electrical contractors in the United States. Additionally, Clow holds the position of Audit Committee Chair and is a past president of the Chicago Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors, which boasts over 2,100 members. Previous roles include directing internal audit at the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago and serving as Chief Internal Auditor for Chicago State University. Clow has extensive experience in providing internal audit and consultancy services through various leadership positions in notable consulting firms and has been involved in risk management and compliance across multiple industries. Academically, Clow holds an Executive MBA from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Political Science from Framingham State University.
