Suzette Schilling

Suzette Schilling has over 27 years of work experience, with their most recent role as the Director of Financial Shared Services at MYR Group. Before that, they held positions as a Special Projects Manager and Operations Manager at Arcadis, where they developed and implemented cross-functional training and reporting systems and managed strategic and operational projects.

Suzette began their career as the Director of Client Services at Imperial Headwear, overseeing all day-to-day operations for an international custom headwear manufacturer, and as the Director of Operations at Medical Ops. Suzette also served as an Operations Manager at Calpin Controls.

Throughout their career, Suzette has demonstrated expertise in managing financial operations, driving process improvements, and optimizing efficiencies.

Suzette Schilling received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Phoenix in 2011. In 2015, they attained a certification in Change Leadership from Cornell University.
