Nausher Khan has a wide range of work experience, beginning in 2012. From 2012 to 2013, Khan served as the Chief Executive Officer of IMFN - Islamic Microfinance Network, where they established an international network to promote the Islamic microfinance industry on a global level. In 2013, Khan became Program Director at Fountain House, where they developed and coordinated a program to provide comprehensive welfare and health services for over 400 elderly and disabled Transgendered individuals. In 2016, Khan worked as an English Professor at the Chilean Ministry of Education, administering English language lessons to students in low-resourced public schools. From 2018 to 2019, Khan held multiple roles, including Cofounder & Director Of Business Development at Danso Healthcare Technology, Behavioural Design Consultant at UNDP, and Climate Researcher at the International Research Institute for Climate and Society, Earth Institute, Columbia University. In 2019, Khan also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Columbia University in the City of New York. Finally, from 2020 to the present, Khan has been working at Red Rabbit, LLC, holding the roles of VP of Partner Relations and Director of Strategic Business Partnerships.
Nausher Khan holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Columbia University in Development Practice and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) (Hons) from York University in Political Science and Government & International Development. Nausher also holds certifications from UC Berkeley in Social Sector Leadership (obtained in January 2016) and from Coursera Course Certificates in International Human Rights Law: Prospects and Challenges (obtained in December 2015).
