Myriad Genetics
Kamalika Moulick is an accomplished Clinical Genomics Scientist at Myriad Genetics since July 2017 and has been a Clinical Variant Scientist at Counsyl since August 2016. Prior experience includes a Post Doctoral Research Scholar role at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, where Kamalika developed novel cancer treatment strategies targeting malignant mesothelioma and schiwannoma. As a Doctoral Research Fellow, a pioneering approach to targeted cancer therapies was designed, focused on tumor-specific Hsp90. Earlier in the academic career, Kamalika served as a Graduate Assistant at UNC Greensboro, conducting significant research while also teaching undergraduate chemistry courses, and taught programming and networking as an Instructor at MCKV Institute of Engineering. The chemistry foundation was established with a Bachelor of Science from New Alipore College, followed by advanced degrees including a Master of Science in Biochemistry and a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemical Biology from Cornell University.
