Rachael Hart Earls

Rachael Hart Earls, PhD, is a Medical Science Liaison Manager at Myriad Genetics since August 2020, overseeing a field team across the U.S. and collaborating with senior leadership to develop medical strategies. Previously, Rachael was involved in various roles at Myriad Genetics, including Interim MSL Team Lead and Senior Medical Science Liaison, contributing to key projects such as the GeneSight evidence-generation team and Electronic Medical Record integration. Rachael earned a PhD in Molecular Neuroscience from The University of Georgia, focusing on inflammation's role in neurodegenerative diseases, and has prior experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and President of the Graduate Students and Post Docs in Science organization. Rachael also served as a Clinical Research Coordinator in a multi-site clinical study on psychotic disorders and completed a practicum focusing on children with developmental disabilities in Ireland.
