Samantha Douglass

Samantha Douglass, MS, CGC, is a seasoned genetic counselor with extensive experience in the field of genetic counseling and research. Currently serving as Genetic Counselor II and Regional Medical Specialist II for Women’s Health at Myriad Genetics since April 2015, Samantha previously worked at Baylor College of Medicine from June 2012 to March 2015 as a Research Genetic Counselor in the Baylor-Johns Hopkins Center for Mendelian Genomics, where contributions included coordinating multi-center exome sequencing projects and counseling families on genetic testing outcomes. Prior to this role, Samantha was a Genetic Testing Coordinator at Baylor College of Medicine from June 2009 to July 2010, providing support in clinical lab settings and collaborating on genetics-related projects. Samantha holds a Master of Science in Genetic Counseling from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from The University of Texas at Austin.
