Aleksei Tseluiko

Aleksei Tseluiko is currently a Technical Project Lead at Myriad360 since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at CodePloy from 2018 to 2021. From 2016 to 2018, Aleksei worked as an Internet Network Specialist at AAA All Voice And Data Inc. During this role, they were responsible for service request tickets generated by helpdesk in all phases such as troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, patches, and fixes with all-around technical support. Aleksei also had strong hands-on experience in installing, and troubleshooting switches and routers connections. Additionally, Aleksei was responsible for consolidating data from all the partners in order to manage work installation, monitoring the observance of the stipulations laid down in the Project Quality Documentation by the site management team, ensuring that the installation partners had the right drawing to proceed with works, and ensuring the coordination of the design and the surveillance of the works in the area of the project assigned to him, with any of the subcontractors & partners. Aleksei is also an Avaya Certified Specialist (ACS).

Aleksei Tseluiko received a Bachelor's degree in Communication networks and switching systems from Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics (MTUCI) between 2008 and 2012.
