Monica Mehta

Monica Mehta has a diverse and extensive background in human resources and talent management. Monica currently holds the position of EVP, People, Culture and Engagement at Myriad360 since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as the VP, Human Resources at VVF Americas from August 2021 to March 2023. From September 2019 to August 2021, Monica worked as the VP, Talent Management and HR Integration at Ultimus Fund Solutions. Before that, they were the Senior HR Director at Mammotome within the Danaher Corporation from June 2016 to August 2019. Monica's earlier experience includes roles such as Director of Human Resources & HRBP at Givaudan from November 2007 to June 2016, Human Resources Consultant at National City Bank from July 2005 to October 2007, Human Resources Manager at Sara Lee from March 2002 to June 2005, and HR Generalist at International Paper from December 1999 to March 2002.

Monica Mehta earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Miami University. Monica later pursued higher education at The Ohio State University, where they completed a Master of Labor and Human Resources (MLHR) degree and a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Higher Education, specializing in Human Resources.
