Travis Thompson

Travis Thompson is an experienced professional in the camping and recreational management industry, currently serving as Vice President of the Myrtle Beach Campground Owners Association since July 2022 and General Manager of Myrtle Beach Travel Park since November 2020. Previously, Travis held multiple leadership positions within the Myrtle Beach Campground Owners Association, including President from June 2020 to August 2022 and Vice President from June 2018 to June 2020. Additional roles include General Manager at Willow Tree RV Resort and Campground, Hidden Creek Camping Resort, and Stonebridge RV Resort, as well as Regional Director for Morgan RV Resorts and Assistant General Manager at Pirateland Family Camping Resort. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Facilities Management from Coastal Carolina University, complemented by studies at the University of South Carolina-Columbia.
