John Richardson

Co-founder - Director Of Coaching, Head Of Customer And Partner Relations at MySalesCoach

John Richardson's work experience starts in 2009 when they served as a Full Time Missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. During this time, they developed various skills such as interpersonal, communication, sales, networking, and leadership.

In 2012, they joined BLUE APPLE TRAINING LTD as a Lead Administrator, where they were responsible for completing paperwork related to funding and learners, providing classroom assistance, conducting mock interviews, and occasionally teaching. John worked in this role until 2014.

After that, John joined NewVoiceMedia in 2014 and took on multiple roles. John started as an SR and then became an Enterprise Business Representative, promoting their cloud-based contact center solution. Eventually, they became the Sales Development Manager for EMEA and APAC region, managing a team of eight Sales Development Representatives. John'sresponsibilities included strategic planning to meet territory pipeline targets.

In 2017, John served as the Chapter President for AA-ISP, where they facilitated networking, best practice sharing, and career development for Inside Sales Professionals in the Thames Valley Area until 2018.

In 2018, they founded their own company, ExP, where they held the position of Founder and CEO.

Most recently, John co-founded MySalesCoach in January 2023, where they currently serve as the Head of Customer and Partner Relations.

John Richardson attended Fulford Secondary School from 2002 to 2009, where they pursued A Levels in Politics, Religion, and Sport. Following this, they enrolled at Leeds Beckett University from 2011 to 2014 and graduated with an LLB degree in Law. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Sales Mastership - Level 1 from Winning By Design in May 2018.
