Paul Fleming

Paul Fleming is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in product development, engineering, and sales enablement. Currently serving as the Head of Product and Engineering at MySalesCoach since January 2023, Paul previously held significant roles such as Head of Technology at Allego and Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Refract. Throughout a career that began in 2006, Paul has focused on enhancing sales performance through innovative technologies and coaching solutions while managing diverse teams and technical projects. Paul holds a BSc in Computer Science from Teesside University and has a strong background in applications development across multiple organizations, including The Test Factory and various petrochemical companies.
