Melissa Arndt

Melissa Arndt has over 12 years of work experience in the food and beverage industry. Melissa began their career in 2008 as a Quality Management Specialist at Steritech. In 2010, they joined Bob Evans as a Food & Nutrition Manager and Manager Restaurant Quality Assurance. In 2014, they moved to Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams as Quality Systems Manager, Regulatory Manager, and Production Kitchen Manager. In 2018, they took a role as Product Safety & Quality Analyst - Global Quality Assurance at Whole Foods Market and Quality Assurance Associate at Amplify Snack Brands. Most recently, they have been working as Director of Quality Assurance and Commercialization and Senior Product Development & Quality Manager at Serenity Kids since 2020.

Melissa Arndt received their Bachelor of Science in Foods, Nutrition and Food Science from The Ohio State University in 2008. Melissa attended from 2004-2008.
