Hance Zhang

Hance Zhang is currently serving as Developer Product Co-Lead at MyShell.ai, focusing on building an AI consumer layer that connects users, creators, and open-source AI researchers. Prior experience includes a strategy internship at 元象 XVERSE, a notable AI and metaverse company, and a summer analyst role at Monitor Deloitte, where Hance worked on a sales model redesign for a leading automotive firm. Additional experience encompasses consulting internships at refine+focus and PwC Mainland China and Hong Kong, contributing to various strategic projects including digital marketing strategies and digital transformation initiatives. Hance holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, International Relations, and Political Science from Tufts University. Hance also participated in an exchange program at Beijing Normal University, focusing on International Relations and Affairs.
