Director Customer Success at Mysolution

Danielle van de Griendt's work experience starts in 2005 as a Project Manager/Consultant at Maintec, where they focused on recruitment, selection, and placement of technicians, as well as conducting commercial acquisition and building relationships with customers. Danielle also created the student concept within the company and maintained relationships with various parties.

In 2009, they joined MERCASH as an HR/Payroll Implementation Consultant, where they implemented Mercash modules based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Danielle'sresponsibilities included drafting blueprints, project planning, and supervising complex implementations.

From 2015 to 2017, Danielle worked at Connexys as an Implementation Consultant and Project Manager for recruitment software (Salesforce). Danielle was responsible for implementing the software, serving as a sparring partner for customers, and translating customer demands into new solutions. Danielle also provided training and optimization meetings for end users.

At Mysolution, Danielle held multiple roles. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as an Implementation Consultant for Backoffice Dynamics NAV. Since 2020, they have been serving as a Customer Success Manager for Business Central and Salesforce. As of March 2021, Danielle holds the position of Director of Customer Success.

Danielle van de Griendt completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Avans University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, they pursued a field of study in Pdl from the Nederlandse associatie voor praktijkexamens, completing their education there in 2013.
