Mikael Hugg is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of marketing, growth strategy, and artificial intelligence. Currently serving as the Head of AI at Mentorsprint since October 2023, Mikael is responsible for brand development and AI training initiatives. Previous roles include Chief Marketing Officer and Creative Marketing Director at Growthland, as well as Head of Growth at Inhouse Group Oy, where agile digital growth strategies were implemented. Mikael has also founded and led companies such as Superest, where major contributions were made in lead generation and client acquisition strategies. With a Master's degree in International Business Management from the University of Oulu, Mikael has established a diverse skill set that spans digital marketing, product development, and advisory roles across various industries.
