Swati Kohli

Swati Kohli has over 18 years of experience in human resources, with a range of roles in various companies. Currently, they serve as the Director HR at myStartUpCFO since January 2023. Prior to this, from October 2020 to February 2023, they worked as the Human Resources Lead at Escalon Business Services in Mohali.

Before their role at Escalon Business Services, Swati worked for Intelenet Global Services from April 2014 to July 2018 as the AGM - Business HR. In this position, they managed employee lifecycle, implemented organizational development initiatives, and played a key role in talent management and succession planning. Swati also implemented performance management systems and was an integral part of the POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) program.

Swati's previous experience includes senior HR roles at Serco, where they served as a Senior Human Resources Manager from April 2013 to April 2014. Prior to that, they held the position of Compensation Manager - Domestic Ops from April 2010 to April 2013. Swati started their career at InfoVision as an Assistant Manager Human Resources from September 2005 to April 2010.

Throughout their career, Swati has demonstrated expertise in HR policy implementation, grievance management, and employee engagement. Swati has also been involved in business transitions and policy mapping to ensure smooth transitions and minimize employee dropouts.

Swati Kohli completed their education at the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies from 2004 to 2006, earning a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. Prior to that, they attended Delhi University from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a specialization in BCOM-Pass. Swati also obtained a certification in Competency Mapping & Assessment from Meritt in December 2019.
