David Mills has extensive experience in technology and management, currently serving as President of TasICT since September 2016 and as a member of the Board of Directors and Finance, Audit, and Risk Committee at Community Transport Services Tasmania Inc. since December 2021. Mills has held various leadership roles at MyState Limited since January 2010, including Head of Technology and Senior Manager of Business Applications and Projects. Prior roles include Manager of IT & Communications at Tasmanian Perpetual Trustees and National Systems Development Manager at Australian Cement. David Mills holds multiple diplomas in IT and project management from TasTAFE and an MBT in IT from UNSW.
