Anthony Leone

Anthony Leone is a seasoned professional in the restaurant and recruiting industries, currently serving as a Senior Recruiting Partner at Goodwin Recruiting since June 2021, where expertise lies in both contingent and retained recruiting across the United States. As the Founder of QSR Franchise Development Group since April 2015, Anthony has developed tailored consulting programs for Quick Service Restaurants. Previously, Anthony held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Lo-Cal Kitchen from August 2015 to January 2020, contributing to the launch of a chef-inspired QSR concept, and at TRUFOODS from August 2013 to August 2015, overseeing operations for 50 restaurants across 16 states. Additionally, Anthony founded Energy Kitchen in 1997, an innovative QSR startup focused on low-calorie menu items, successfully establishing both corporate and franchised locations. Anthony holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida International University.
