Krystal Rose

Krystal Rose has extensive experience in the museum and preservation sectors, currently serving as the Director of Collections & Curatorial Affairs at Mystic Seaport Museum since January 2007. Previous roles at Mystic Seaport include Curator of Collections and Manager of Digital & Primary Source Education, as well as Manager of Intellectual Property & Virtual Outreach. Krystal also held positions at Coastal Heritage Society as the Programs & Membership Coordinator and Preservation Team Member, and at Kreilick Conservation, LLC as a Conservation Assistant. Krystal holds a Master of Fine Arts in Historic Preservation from Savannah College of Art and Design and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
